Medium+ intensity. Developing. Primary aromas of passion fruit, gooseberry, apricot, honeysuckle, asparagus and flint; secondary aromas of coconut and smoke. Tertiary aromas of kerosene and honey.
Students listed all aromas in previous classes; 3primary aromas, 1 secondary aroma and 2 terciary are required to receive full marks.


Palate

Dry. Medium + to High Acidity. Medium Alcohol. Medium+ body. Medium+ intensity flavours: passion fruit, wet stones, and honey. Medium Finish.


Conclusion

Good Quality. Can Drink Now, but has potential for Ageing.
