2. Scope of the website
The website presents articles, commentary, educational resources and information about wine, food, people, places, culture and Grande Passione’s publications and activities.
During redevelopment, some content may remain accessible through existing direct links while navigation and presentation change.
These Terms govern use of this website. They do not replace the conditions applicable to products or services purchased through another platform.
Purchases, bookings, courses, events and digital products offered through Atelier del Vino by Grande Passione are governed by the store’s applicable terms and policies.
Purchases through Amazon or another retailer are governed by the terms presented by that retailer.
3. Editorial and educational content
The website’s content is provided for general information, education and discussion.
Tasting notes, assessments and recommendations reflect the author’s judgement and the circumstances at the time of writing. Wine can vary by vintage, bottle condition, storage, serving conditions and individual perception.
Historical articles remain part of the publication’s archive. References to prices, availability, organisations, courses, events or other time-sensitive matters may no longer be current.
We seek to provide accurate information and welcome corrections. Please contact contact@grandepassione.com if you identify an error.
Educational resources do not guarantee examination results or professional qualifications. Where a resource refers to WSET or another organisation, consult that organisation’s current official materials and requirements.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, original articles, photographs, graphics, educational materials, frameworks and other content are owned by Grande Passione or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Access to the website does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
You may read the content, share links to it and make uses permitted by applicable law. Where a downloadable resource includes a specific licence or usage notice, that notice also applies.

Unless a resource states otherwise, resources supplied for download may be used for personal study. Public redistribution, resale or incorporation into commercial teaching materials requires permission, except where applicable law permits the use.
Resources may be corrected, updated, moved or withdrawn. These Terms do not remove rights arising from a separate purchase, licence or agreement.
Paid digital products offered through the Atelier store are governed by the licence and purchase terms supplied with those products.

8. Newsletter subscriptions
You may choose to subscribe to Grande Passione’s email communications.
Subscriptions are managed through Klaviyo and use an email-confirmation process. You may unsubscribe through the link in our emails or by contacting us.
Subscribing does not require a purchase and does not create a paid membership.
The processing of subscription and engagement information is described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace any consent required for marketing or tracking.
9. Information about activities and services
The website may introduce courses, tastings, events, advisory work and other activities.
An editorial description, enquiry or expression of interest does not by itself confirm a booking or establish a service contract. The applicable scope, price, availability and conditions will be provided through the relevant booking process or separate agreement.
Participation requirements for activities involving alcoholic beverages are stated in the applicable event or store conditions.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, reorganise or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security, redevelopment or editorial reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every article, download or external link will remain available indefinitely.
Changes to the website do not affect rights already acquired under a separate purchase or agreement.
