Appearance

Pale Lemon-Green.

Nose

Pronounced Intensity. Youthful. Primary Aromas of jasmine, passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach, grass, hay, tomato leaf, asparagus, wet stones, and secondary aroma of bread dough (secondary).

All aromas were listed by students in previous classes; 5 primary aromas ( 1 secondary aroma optional) are required to obtain full marks.

Palate

Dry. High Acidity. Medium Alcohol. Medium + Body. Pronounced Intensity flavours of Passione fruits, lemon zest and wet stones. Medium Finish

Conclusion

Very Good Quality - Can Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing.
