HK Wine Century Club - 19 November - Wines of Asia

Veni! Vino!! Vici!!!
 
Please come and join us on the 19 November for another gathering of the Wine Century Club organized in association with WineBuzz and Tastings Wine Bar!
 
Always in search of funky and wonderful wines to taste and discover, we will devote our next gathering on the WINES OF ASIA.
 
On the 19th, we will taste wines from:
 
India
Thailand
China
Japan
 
we are also working on getting wines from Taiwan and Bali!
 
This will be a super interesting tasting to discover how Asia is gearing up to become a player in the world of wine!
 
The wines for this gathering will be generously donated by Century Club Member Claudio Salgado (private collection) and the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong Wine & Spirits Competition.

Tastings Wine Bar, Basement, Yuen Yick Bldg, 27 & 29 Wellington st, Central, HK (Map)

19 November (Saturday), 6 to 8 PM

HKD 250 (includes HKD 200 sampler card + canapés)

The Wine Century Club is for ALL passionate and adventurous wine lovers. our goal is to taste wines from funky regions and grapes that are unusual and can give us much vinous pleasures!  If you haven't tried 100 different grape varieties, but want to discover new wines, you're welcome to all of our events.
 
For those of you who think have tasted 100 grape varieties or close to 100, you can keep a tab by downloading our form here (excel format).
 
We have also started a facebook page to keep our members informed of various events and other information about the club. If you have a facebook profile, you can sign up by following the link here.
