WSET Level 1 - Foundation Certificate Class

Join me at The Fine Wine Center for the WSET Foundation Certificate.

This class includes tasting of 11 premium wines and an 8 course Chinese banquet for lunch.

The Foundation Certificate is an entry level qualification providing a straightforward introduction to wine. Through the tasting of 11 wines, this course will develop skills to boost the confidence of wine lovers who would like to obtain a greater understanding of the wines that they are drinking. It is also a great course for those wanting to know the main grape varieties and the principles of food and wine matching. An eight-course Chinese banquet is also included to provide a practical food and wine experience. The course includes a 40 minute multiple choice exam at the conclusion of the day. Seminar time: 8 hours.
