 Based in Hong Kong, J.C. is deeply passionate about wine, food, and all pleasures of the table. For him, wine is all about pleasure and he loves to share his passion for food & wine with other Wine Lovers. He has visited vineyards on five continents, harvested grapes in South Africa and blended wine in France. He regularly travels to various wine regions of the world.

Holder of the WSET Diploma (with merit), he is now studying to become Master of Wine.  Host to a popular series "How to taste like a pro", he holds regular classes on Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Italy at The Fine Wine Center (Berry Bros & Rudd HK). He is an Accredited Tutor at L'École Du Vin De Bordeaux as well as a Certified Educator for the WSET and an independent wine communicator.

He recently launched "Winescribe", an advanced wine app developed to record wine tasting notes in a complete and systematic way on Ipad.

He is available to provide private & corporate wine workshops, tutored tastings, keynotes, and wine travel advices.
